Time Building

There is a large flight time gap in helicopter training between the private and commercial certificates.  A minimum of 40 hours is required for a private pilot and 150 hours minimum for a commercial pilot.  The difference in time can be very expensive.  At $200 per flight hour (dry) our Hughes TH55 is the least expensive helicopter available for bridging the gap between private and commercial certificates.

Students with Schweitzer experience must complete at minimum a 1.5 hour check out flight with our instructor before they are allowed to solo, Robinson pilots must complete a five (5) hour dual transition instruction before they are allowed to take the aircraft solo.

Pilots and students renting are required to have their own non-owned insurance policy prior to rental.
